DUBROVNIK 3 SISTERS

NEW LUXURY TOURISTIC DESTINATION IN EUROPE

The greatest sustainable development project in Europe

One of the largest tourist projects in the Mediterranean - 27 km northwest of Dubrovnik, with an area of 300ha, consisting of a golf course of 210ha, a tourist zone of 40ha, a nautical tourism port, and other accompanying facilities.

An ambitious and very profitable venture (worked on for 15 years) aims to create the world’s first Lifestyle-Tourist – Eco-friendly destination on the beautiful Dubrovnik Riviera. During the year 2023., the master developer of the project obtained all the necessary permits following the spatial plans and completed the purchase of all co-ownership shares of the plots where the construction area of the project is located.

Dubrovnik Three Sisters project includes an 18+9 hole golf course, 9 hotels, 400 residences within 6 branded hotels, 500 apartments, 221 independent villas, a large marina for mega yachts and 2 smaller hotel moorings, a commercial zone with a shopping street, catering, business, and public amenities. In addition to the above, constructing a new airport (in the first phase only for business aviation), a multifunctional arena, film studios, shopping centers, a football camp, a tennis academy, and other sports facilities are planned as part of and near the project.

Internationally renowned architects will be involved in the project to ensure the highest quality while combining innovation, luxury, and sustainable development.

The necessary permits have been obtained to construct the infrastructure (road) of the first phase, which is under construction and expected to be completed by the end of the 2024.

The land is oriented to the east, south, and west, offering a unique view of Dubrovnik to the east, the Elaphite Islands and Mljet to the south, and the Gulf of Ston and Ston to the west, providing the feeling of being in a national park.

The construction of the Pelješac bridge, the access road, and especially the Ston bypass with the connection to the Adriatic highway (only 1.8 km away from the project) brought the project significantly closer to central Dalmatia, with the city of Split only an hour and a half drive away. The tourist offer, recognized by the world’s leading media, the growing economy, and the modern transport infrastructure make Croatia the leading country in the region. Croatia is a member of the European Union and the Schengen area and is declared one of the safest European countries. The beautiful coast of the Adriatic Sea is the intersection of traffic corridors that connect Central and Eastern Europe. With the newly built Pelješki bridge, it is now directly connected to the rest of the European Union.

Dubrovnik is one of the most famous tourist destinations in the world, whose popularity among elite guests is continuously growing. Due to its rich history and culture, it has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1979.
